What the process demonstrates

Control. Purity.
Scale.

Water-based extraction
Soluble fructans are drawn from prepared tuber tissue with water. No organic solvent is used for extraction.
Selective purification
Solids separation, clarification and membrane steps remove insoluble material and small-molecule impurities. Specific membrane stages follow current manufacturer documentation.
Spray drying
Concentrated extract is atomised in warm air. Droplets dry into a white, fine, free-flowing powder.
Food-grade control
Each lot is tested against the current specification and released with a certificate of analysis. Certifications are listed on the Quality page.
